Dear Swisco, can you help me with the sprial balance system for my Wenco Series 8 double hung all PVC window? The window was originally purchased in 1999. The dimensions between the jambs are: height 55 inch, width 32 inch. Thanks for your help. Harry

The windows use a 3/8 spiral balance 24in long with blue tips,and a sash weight of 15lbs, The pivot shoe measurements is 2" tall 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, which matches the description of part# 15-121, however i read a post stating that part would not work with the 900 series spiral balance. Hello, my spiral balances measure .385 in diameter and have red tips. The ones I've measured so far are 26" and 24" in length. I just bought the 1998 Skyline Brookstone double wide and all spiral balancers appear to be failed which caused the pivot pins to break on every window but one. I found the ... (cont.)

Can you ID this window balance. It appears to be a 3/8 in. diameter by 23 5/8in length. The outer tube is plastic, and the fixture on the end appears to be white. There are two pins. I have attached two photos.

Please advise which part no to order for replacing this balance. the tip is red. the length is 24". diameter 3/8"

Hi there, I am about to replace the spiral balance in several windows. The problem I have now is that the measure of the original spiral is 23 inches and a half. What do you suggest? I should go with the shorter (23") or the longer (24").

Could you check my photos and see if your Tilt Pivot: 26-361 looks like my broken piece? The measurements are spot on, so I believe this is the one I need. Thank you!

I am currently replacing spiral balances that keep breaking. They have a red tip, should I buy a stronger grade, Possibly blue tip, to stop them from breaking so easily?
