I am trying to identify the correct colored tip for a replacement spiral balance. It doesn't appear there is a tip. I disassembled one window and got as far as the page below. Hi. I am trying to replace the spiral balances for a tilt window. The balances are 3/8 and 35" - and the tips are black, as far as I can tell. I don't have a scale so I can't weigh it. What should I do? is there a significant difference between the green and the white tip? Cheers, Ruben ... (cont.)

I need to replace some yellow tip balances. The existing has two per jamb pocket. I dont see an option here for yellow, is there another color that will work for this balance weight? Also can you inform me what each colors weight limit is. Thanks.

Hi. I have Moss tilt out vinyl windows who will not stay open. The have a twisted metal piece on each side that goes the full length of both sides of the window.
