Shaft has missing for my window , its height is 34.5. I don't know the brand name of this window.

This is a 35" x 3/8" balance from a SuperSeal window installed in 2003. There is no identifying markings or colors.

Need 4 replacement spiral balances for above named product. Windows were installed in July 2004. Metal frames. Balance tube is white pvc, 34.5 inches in length, 3/8 inches across. I am replacing a tilt aluminium frame window balance(s). Current balance's tip is colored "plastic" (maybe white but not sure). The two spiral balances are 3/8" diameter, 35" long, believe 900 series, and the window weighs 28 pounds. What color balance do you recommend. Thanks.

Double-hung tilt windows...when I wipe away the grease, the tip looks grey. Is there a balance with a grey tip or are they really white tips due to being 15 years old? I just ordered two S900-35 balances. one balances lost it's spiral as I was putting it in, and it dropped a glob of lubricant along the way. I also had to charge it 12 turns to grab a bite. The window is operational, but if I lift it to fully open, it drops down 3" and stays. If I settle for j ... (cont.)

Ok i am not Happy here. I followed your video. I attached spiral balance to sides at top of window. With sash out of window. I push balance lower back into top tube with finger. i let it turn freely.Then use load tool to pull down and place into slider. repeated on other side. Did not add to load ... (cont.)

Hi, The window like in pic 5 will barely hold a position when open, so I thought I should place the spiral balancers. I ordered 4 series 400 35" spiral balancers last week and just installed two on a window. Window now can half-hold like pic5. I wonder that i may need to change the shoes too? ... (cont.)

I haven't been able to find a black Tip anywhere online. Not sure exactly the difference between the colors but I watched your video on identification of a spiral balance. Need 3 black tip 35" length 3/8" diameter spiral balances.
