I have a window which is about 30x36 and this is a picture of the coil springs without the covers on. The window, when open just quickly drops down. Hi - I'm trying to find the attached Window coil balance that will hold a combined 40lbs. The balance is 7/8"w and has two screws. I'm not sure but I think it has two coils. I'd like to get two to test (l and r) and if they're correct I'll need 8-10 more. I can't tell if there are any markings that ... (cont.)

My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep. Iam looking for the 15-175 pivot shoe , having trouble finding it. is there a replacement # for this part number ? thanks in advance Jr.

We have tilt replacement windows. When I last opened the window a metal piece in the pivot lock shoe broke. It doesn't stay with the window any more. I have attached pictures but really can't find any documentation on the window or parts. They were installed prior to our ownership. ... (cont.)

I bought the 84-086 screen door roller pairs (3) on order 2067548. They appear to be a good match for my originals. Except one thing. Hi, our double hung window in the kitchen is busted and won't stay up. img_175 is busted where the catch from img_180 seats, and img_177 appears the right side coil has come out of the plastic housing?? Hi folks - not sure what I got - windows were here when we got here...probably from early-mid 90's Also - every vid I've seen on troubleshooting suggests that at a 90 degree angle, the windows will disconnect from shoe and come out - doesn't *seem* to be the case here - but not trying to force anyt ... I cannot find this part. Please help. It is from a slider window of an apartment building.
