What screws work with the 38-036 lock?

Hi, I purchased 4 of these to replace my old broken locks. They seem to be a very good fit but I don't know how to screw them in because they don't have the threads in the holes like the old ones. Please advise me on what I need to do. Thank You!

Window Coil Needed

One coil on my ViWinTech window broke. The window is about 20" wide. The only markings are on the coil itself. There's a "D" stamped into the coil. The shoes and other hardware all seem to be fine. Windows won't stay up

No serial numbers or markings found on windows or parts except for the 6 or 9 on the coil. Alside windows.

It's for a radiance brand window.

I also have a part number for it PAT6.983.513.5.371 971 this is what it shows on the back of the peace.

Window brand is Radiance. The sash weighs about 18lbs. There are letters a-f vertically on the plastic piece. To the side is a F. The other side just has pat pend.

2009 reliabilit window

Need replacement parts for 2009 reliabilit widows. Bottom sash on 9 windows & top sash on one window. Windows doesn't stay up. I believe the band coils are bad. Just need to know what I need to fix the problem. Thanks

Cant seem to find new pivot shoe for window. Coils have a 8 and 4 stamp on them
