Good afternoon, I am looking for replacement sash balancers for a Window World window manufactured in 2011, serial number 152-215712, window size is 19-3/4" x 45-1/2", it is a single hung tilting window. Need replacement parts for 2009 reliabilit widows. Bottom sash on 9 windows & top sash on one window. Windows doesn't stay up. I believe the band coils are bad. Just need to know what I need to fix the problem. Thanks

Cant seem to find new pivot shoe for window. Coils have a 8 and 4 stamp on them
