I need to buy new window coil balance. 31" x 35" window. The area that the ciol goes is 18 1/2". The thing that holds the coil is 1 1/4". The stamp says 7K and the coil is 3/4" wide

Attached are three (3) window parts that we are needing to get replaced. Are you able to help me figure out which part this is so we can get replacement parts ordered? Thank you, Val

What size screws do I use for the 26-228/26-229 window latches? Are the 33-072 screws long enough or do I need something else?

Looking to replace the Pivot lock shoes on all our windows. Each time I have tilted a window to clean it, the metal insert in the shoe breaks. Pics I sent are from 24x40 window, but most windows are 33x60 - I assume the pivot lock shoes are all the same size? I would like to do this myself, but wo ... (cont.)

The photo shows the number on the bottom sash but I haven't been able to get a good picture of the strip on the upper sash. Hello, I'm looking for a pivot shoe carrier for a dual spring sash.

The window size is 27.5''x37.5''. The window is a Traco window and I believe they are out of business. Google got me to here using the Pat.# 5353548. Can you help?

Looking for coil balance replacements for my NAPCO window. I had some spares which I purchased from you several years ago. I tried them but they do not hold this particular sash up. This sash weighs 15lbs. Looking for the correct ones.

I need to replace the coils and shoes on my window. Each side has 2 5k coils and what looks to be the 15-177 shoe per the look and measurements. Please let me know which balancers I should order. This broken one is from the left side of the lower window. It's a Comfortworld window. The bottom window is 26x26.5 The glass on the window is 23 1/4 x 23 3/4. I need balancers for both sides of the lower window. Thanks Bill

I am trying to replace coil spring balance. But, I have no idea which one to buy. It has mark of "8R" (left one has mark of "8L"). It also has "PAT5,353,548" on it. I am also including tag from window itself. Please help me with identifying. Thanks,
