The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.Thanks for your help, Jon

My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep.
