Need 2 parts for my ThermoTech double hung windows (one for each side) female part that window sash goes into. Window sash tips in for cleaning.

Weighed sash 7.6 pounds...Think I needed 4lb

The coil snapped on both sides. I do not see any markings on either coil and no markings on the windows. It is about 38x26.

The upper sash won't stay up. I know I need a pivot shoe but how do you know if the springs are also bad? The spring number is 405I have two of these old Certainteed windows that I'm trying to use as replacements for my garage and both top sash's won't stay up.Thank you, Susan

No identifiable numbers or markings and shoe is broken, so pivot bar is unable to rotate it with sash in place. Sash weighs 28.8 pounds.

Hi! I need to replace the coil balance springs on 3 2005 installed Champion windows. I'm really only not sure about the upper spring supports. They have A-F vertically next to 6 dimples. One has a 3 to the left of the A-F and one a 2 to the left of the A-F. I'm thinking a 15-150 1/2" standard supp ... (cont.)

Trying to locate part number for Alside window. Not for sure what the name of the part is. The double hung window rests on this and assists when raising window.

Trying to replace the balance coils on a double hung window and can't seem to find the right ones. This is a double coil with 5k stamped on both coils. I'm looking to replace the coils and the "shoe", I think that's what it is called. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you ... (cont.)

As you can see, the shoes are trash, both the upper sash supported by the tri-fecta of springs and the lower sash sporting two spring sets. Our sloppy measurements from a tape measure appears to be 1 9/16, maybe 1 17/32nds wide by 9/16" thick. I believe the height of the shoe is a mute point. Str ... (cont.)

the spring coils are ok. but need all other parts

I am not sure which part is right for our windows. Please see attached photo. The pivot shoe measures 1.25" H x 1.5" W x 9/16" D

Pivot shoes broken Springs seem alright

I need to replace the single spring coil shown in the attached images. Can you please tell me what I need to order? The spring is .5" wide.

I was asked to provide additional pictures. The first picture is the broken sash and the other is a complete working sash. I am wondering what sash these are and if you have any replacements. Thanks you.

I have Certainteed double hung windows that came out of the shoes. When we tried to put the top window back in the shoe, it broke.
