Hi - This coil window balance is from my Alside vinyl windows with tilt sashes that are approximately 25 years old. As you can see in the photos, the pivot shoe is broken. There is a 6, or perhaps a 9, stamped on the coil. Any help in telling me the part I need is appreciated.

I have a double sash window I am unable to identify. No etching, no labels.The images are of the sash balance and shoe.
