Not sure but these windows may be Viwinco, not sure. Need the sash bits and the bits that pop into the track and get screwed in.

The window I need to repair is manufactured in 2014 by Alside. The serial number on the window is 254-061257. I need the Balance Shoe and 2 1/4" Pivot Bar.

Please help identify this balance shoe. Spring is fine.

Hello, I think I need a replacement coil balance for my window which slams shut. It looks like one is broken. You can see the piece that has broken off in the photo. The pivot shoe is broken in a number of my tilted windows... However, I can't figure out how it's attached to the square balance mechanism. I'd appreciate any help.

Hello! I believe this is a wardco revival single hung window. Their website says this window uses heavy capacity balances. Can't find the replacement part on the internet, is there another alternative? Thank you

I need two coil springs for a Kensington Huntington series 23" x 36" double hung window. The spring has a B on it.

I need to order some coil shoes and would like to know the correct shoe to order thanks.

both coil springs are broken on this 24x36" replacement window. Also one of the pivot bars is broken. The spring shoe, I think that is the term, has 15A on it.
