The coil spring says 932. I need all parts for both sides, and it is a double hung window.

How can I order replacement parts described and photographed above?

The part one is cracked the other fell apart. What other information do you need? Thanks Paul

Hello, I think I need a replacement coil balance for my window which slams shut. It looks like one is broken. You can see the piece that has broken off in the photo. The pivot shoe is broken in a number of my tilted windows... However, I can't figure out how it's attached to the square balance mechanism. I'd appreciate any help.

Hello! I believe this is a wardco revival single hung window. Their website says this window uses heavy capacity balances. Can't find the replacement part on the internet, is there another alternative? Thank you

I need two coil springs for a Kensington Huntington series 23" x 36" double hung window. The spring has a B on it.

both coil springs are broken on this 24x36" replacement window. Also one of the pivot bars is broken. The spring shoe, I think that is the term, has 15A on it.

I have several windows in a beach house that have broken tilt window latches, highly corroded pivot feet and a few broken springs. I think your 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches should work. I believe the channel is about 1 3/8" wide, so maybe I can use the 15-191 or 15-111 pivot foot? I'm not s ... (cont.)

I need help identifying each part in each photo that is attached. Both top and bottom windows need replacement parts for being held up and the metal foot that rotates the metal shoe.I believe this is the window brand logo, I can't find any identifying number or name for it

this part fits into the groove in a tilted window. This apparently holds window up because it will not stay put. thank you for your help

Confused about what replacement pieces I need to purchase. The left coil balance housing has a "13" marked on it, and the right side has a "14". I don't see a marking on the shoe.
