I need three parts total. The left coil spring is broke took picture of right intacted. The I need the two spring loaded parts on top of the sash that you retract to pull the top of the tip out. Hi Swisco Team, We have a customer who has the shoes pictured that are attached to three coils on a hook (the hook is broken off of the shoes in the pictures). Just a note to thank SWISCO for excellent customer service. The videos were helpful as I figured out how to make these repairs on 16 windows at our beach cottage.
