Patent number 5.737.877 is stamped on the plastic pulley linking the string to the metal spring. Overall length 18.5 inches from the top of the white plastic piece to the bottom of the black t-shaped shoe

Says it's a 18b but that is all I see can you help tell by the pictures

I am looking to replace channel balances on windows at my beach house. Balances on all windows are failing due to rust.
