channel length 28" stamped "(11/2) unique 27-E-50" building was built in early 2000s I would be interested in purchasing a few dozen of these.

I have double hung Andersen Windows that were manufactured in 2003. I only have the serial number and dimensions of the window I don't have the model. I am trying to replace the balancer for my windows that do not stay up.

Hi Swisco experts, I've got several balances that need replacement. It appears the nylon hook attachment to the tilt piece place has also snapped. Total length of the balance is 28" and about 1/2" wide channel. These are tilt windows. Do you also provide the entire tilt piece along with the bala ... (cont.)

The window was not staying in the open position and during the inspection/investigation I discovered there were pieces that were broken. The window balance is a 28F. 1) Broken Top pic shows initial problem. When this broke, the channel fell and broke the cord inside the channel. This happened on two separate channels on two different windows. Can I drill a new hole just a little lower in the channel for the replacement? 2) I could not get the window clip out ... (cont.)

I'm not sure what it's called, this from one side of the window, I'll assume the two sides are the same, but I'm not sure. I don't want to try to open the window in case it comes crashing down without this thing. The home was built in 1999, if that helps. The part says 2800, then a sideways BS1 ... (cont.)

I'm looking for two different weight balances. They are both unique brand. They are both 28" long Quantity:4 unique brand 27F, sash weight is 26lbs. Quantity:4 unique brand the balance is 28" long. The sash weight is 39lbs. I hope you can help. Thank you. Pete

Looking for a replacement channel balance for our Pennco tilt in window.

I need to replace four sets. What's happening now is the balances are not strong enough to raise the Sashes. The windows are 35 1/2 x 37 1/2. They block and tackle balances.

Hello I need to order this part waiting for a callback

We need a pair of these (for starters) 28 inches long with a depth of 1/2 inch to hold up a 16 pound window. Uses a hook style fastener as shown in the photo. Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.
