Hi, photo is of the end that attaches to shoe and the clip that holds the at the top plus the model # on the channel.I don't need the shoe or the top clip since I can reuse both. These are channel balances I need to replace. They are stamped 27-10 (therefore 28" long) but have a pivot shoe I have never seen before. The channel it fits in appx. 1" wide. The piece on the sash is a (half round??) piece of plastic, again something I have never seen before. There is a rectangular ... (cont.)

Harvey Window Channel Balances BSI 2745 28" x 1/2"

Looking to see if what the appropriate product is to order, and if there is anything else we may need for installation. The right side cord is broken.

no numbers on the balances. They are held at the top with one screw. The bottom has the metal tab that slips into a slot. I need: 4-- 16 1/2", 6-- 20 1/2", 10-- 28 3/4", and 4--27". The house is a modular built in 2000.

The balance is 28" (end to end). The cord has a small rectangular metal piece that wedges into shoe. Balance has 28C etched in it.
