39-286 Casement Window Handle, fits Andersen

Saw a similar handle on your site, but the date range is a little later vintage (1974 +). Do you know if they will work on an earlier version?

Need part for opposite window ??right. Are there 2 seperate arms to be purchased? I'm seeing that I need operator,handle, cover. Any help in finding the right parts. Thank you.

I need to replace several cranks for some Anderson casement windows. Which replacement crank do I need to order? Is it the Stone 39-286 model? The home was built in 1971 and these are the original windows.
