Hello looking to replace the entire hardware for my window. I need the Operator, track, handle, latch both right and left sides. These windows likely go back a far 60's or 70's. can you please links where I find this hardware on your site?

I have two broken window operators. They have two different numbers stamped on them, but they look the same and they operate identically sized windows. One of the stamped numbers is 7198-17 and the other is 7191-2.

Hello Thanks for the quick response as stated house built in the 50's. The unit is approx 4" wide about 2 1/4 deep, no markings other than Anderson's trademark. Appreciate your help. Frank

need one left side two right side hare ware and handles for 16in window pictured

The yellow plastic part rides in a track and the hinge clips the operator arm. Can't find these anywhere on bye internet. Our operators are Andersen as far as I know.

I am trying to find out if the replacement handles and base plate shown in the photos above are available. Each base is secured by two screws and the handle attaches to the window crank with another smaller screw. I would need hardware as well. Thank you.

Hello, Trying to figure out why handle does not work. Keeps slipping. There appears to be a washer on the receptacle part of the hardware which is loose. Could that be the problem? The number on the stone colored plastic cover is 7191B-33 Thank you. Paula

Hi. This kitchen crank window is at least 20 years old. I'd like replace the crank handle and base. The glass has a "Anderson 2-1" painted on the glass in sort of a white triangle. Please advise if you have a replacement kit for the hardware. Thank you.
