39-286 Casement Window Handle, fits Andersen

As a homeowner who knows the basics, is this replacement part easy to install ? I think it needs replacement because the handle does not open smoothly and I have to fight with it to open the window even partially. 39-286 is the handle I have

How does the handle connect to the operator spline shaft? Is it a press fit? If it is a press fit (without a set screw or pin to hold the handle in place), if the handle requires replacement (loosens), is a new handle required (or the best option)?

Will the folding casement replacement handles fit the fixed handle type windows?

What info do you need? Numbers from broken crank? Numbers from somewhere in the window? WHAT?+ The maintenance man I don't have anymore has ordered from you in the past.

I need to replace Anderson split arm window operator 1361316 and 1361318. Is this your 39-147? I also need the crank handles. Is there a style that folds back rather than sticking straight out of the window? How much would it be for both right and left operators and handles?
