Hi. Got a client with a window that has a broken latch and crank. The latch appears to be internal to the trim.

I need the replacement locking mechanism because the locking lever has broken off. Looks like 41 1/8”Regards

I am having trouble finding an appropriate window latch replacement as you can see ours is broken clean off. Anything will help!

One bezel fit great on the single latch window but the double latch window they don't. Is there different bezel for certain windows?

i believe these are the original windows and the house was built in the early 80s near sacramento california. the interiors are wood and the exterior seems to be clad with vinyl. i will be so appreciative if you can help me find the handle and other parts! thanks.

This is from an Anderson left opening window. The Window has 1 lock, which locks the window in 3 spots. The arm to lock the window cracked.

Hello I need help identifying parts that cover lock and open/close handle parts. Also need screen for this Anderson window. Second window need only casing for part with handle and for lock on right side, I don't know which brand this window is. Thank you

The window crank gear is stripped and the locking mechanism won't catch on the keeper. Does this crank assembly need the adapter mentioned in the description? The glass area of this window is 31.5 x 43".
