3/8" post with 12 splines. Approximately 1 1/4 in length.

looking to replace some window cranks for Pella casement window. The building was built in the late 70's or early 80's. Also, the windows had screens which were retractable upward and blinds which hung between the glass. The blinds no longer exist. Are the creens replaceable?

I believe they are 5/16 as the 5/32 did not fit; however, when I spoke with Pella they said the handles were updated and now are considered left and right handles and I would need 0BU9D000 and 0BV9D000. I do not know the manufacturer of the casement window in my daughter's bedroom. It is probably at least 30 years old or more. One of the few windows we did not change. Hello. I'm wondering if: 1) the cranks in my my older (some are as old as 1988) Pella windows (see pics) can be replaced with a folding crank like my newer Pella windows. 2) or is my only option the t-crank handle? 3) is the t-crank handle a lot less functional than the large handle? i.e., do ... The 3/8" core of handle has grounded down over 20+years. The handle says ROW on long handle. I would like new handles with matching beige color (that is same as screen trim color). I need 2 cranks. Thank you for your help.

We have pella casement windows with crank handles. The metal shaft/screw which fits into the crank handle has worn down and it is hard to get the crank handle to fit on properly. Where might I find a replacement shaft and...is x-429 the correct handle to use?IT is difficult to get the crank handle ... (cont.)
