Top window won't stay up when unlocked due to broken part

I need to purchase balance with shoe for MI 1650 series double hung window . Weight of window is 22 lbs . Balance length overall is 4 inches wide 1.25 inches thickness 0.5 inch.

Hi. Window weights 17 pounds. Their are 2 coils on each side of the window. The 2 coils are attached to each other. The coil is 1/2 inch wide. Thanks.

Tension chord for single hung window --28 1/2 inches high. The window does not stay up.

The coil spring says 932. I need all parts for both sides, and it is a double hung window.
