I need 2 right and 2 left coil balances. The coil is marked 832. The coil width is 1/2 inch.

These two balances were broken in a double hung, tilt window; upper sash. I've looked everywhere on the windows and cannot find a manufacturer name, nor a part number anywhere. Hoping you can identify this part and help me to find replacements. Thanks, Bob

This peace is for a window that can tilt out. When the window tilts out a small plastic piece uses tension to hold the window in place. I need some replacements for several windows. They are coil balancers and are about 20 years old. The coils look fine but the pivot shoes have broken. The upper sash won't stay open on two windows so would need four parts also the grey tab broke off the window and not sure iff there is a part for that and I'm not sure if any of your parts are compatible hopefully I would be able to use something. ... My new Swisco coils are not holding the window up. I actually ordered the pivot shoes as well as 4x S190-640 springs back in March. At that time, my sash weighed 9.7 kg (21.4 lbs). Window won't stay up

in the pictures i am showing both sides of one of the springs but I will need to replace both the left and right springs as both are broken. I am not sure if they come in left and right so I am making a note of this.
