If you see second photo the rounded plastic part is cracked on both of these for this window. I need to order all parts on this window and would like to order back ups incase other breakKim

Could you help me figure out what the replacement item would be fot this?

My window will not stay up and slams shut if you don't hold it. Can you tell from looking at the pictures are the coils broken on both sides? And can you recommend replacement parts?

Top window won't stay up when unlocked due to broken part
