Hello, I am looking for a replacement window balance assembly in the photo. The only information about the windows I can find is that of the Quality Control & Testing AAMA Certification Program, Series: 3500, AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97, H-R20-48x78 H-R35*-36x66. I need some help identifying the compatible model for this window balancer. I just moved to U.S. and have never dealt with this kind of window system before. I am attaching pictures of both sides, where one seems to be broken and the other one seems to be "okay". Thank you!

I have tilt-in vinyl windows with these coil balances. One picture shows the cover removed from the top (fixed) coil roller. The coil itself has "740" stamped into the metal. No other markings exist. The assembly is in good shape. Only the coils themselves are broken. It looks like tbe coils a ... (cont.)

These windows are over 20 years old and there are no markings on them

The keeper is 2 7/8 inches long and about 1/2 inch high. The pivot lock shoe is about 2" high. Hard to see the width because the edge is hidden but it looks like about 1 1/8".

My window does not stay up. It slams down. I believe it needs the part that is in the picture. Any suggestions. Thank you so much

Hello, I'm searching for a pair of #7 coil springs. For a kitchen tilt window. There are about 15 coils. It's marked #7. Looks to be bronze. I've looked at your selection, only they don't state # coils. Thoughts and feedback appreciated. Thank you Chuck

Balancer is broken on a tilt vinyl window. It won't stay open. I don't know what make they are. Swisscom helped me on my previous home. Please resume me again. Thanks

The double Support Clip is identical to your part 15-181. The pivot shoe is identical to 15-180 The coil has a 5 stamped in it. The window is 42" X 30" and weighs 26 pounds. Could you please suggest the correct spring. Am I right that this a single spring for each side of the window? There a ... (cont.)

I just moved into a new home. I have a number of windows with broken parts.... tilt latches, coil balance, locks, etc... I can't find a name on any of the windows. Can you help identify them so I can order some pieces ?

My window no longer stays open anymore. It just slams shut so I decided to troubleshoot. I see a 9 engraved on the coil. The bottom hook part of my coil balancers are broken it appears. This is for my single hung windows that tilt in.

Cannot determine window manufacturer, but looking to replace broken single coil weights for tilt windows. The removed coil weight does not indicate size, part #, weight...
