Hello, I need these pieces for 2 windows but I can't find this model, they recommended this company to me and possibly they have the repesto, thank you and I await your response

I'm very happy i found your site, i've been looking for replacement springs for our windows now for a while. I'm hoping you can confirm the spring required. From your picutres it looks like I will need the Series 175 Coil Balance in Bronze, unless i'm incorrect, i'm just unsure what length would b ... (cont.)

I purchased double coil springs (#8) along with a coil balance shoe as I believed my original coil springs failed. I did not replace the support clip or balance bushings. I installed the double springs and shoe with the original support clip and bushings. I cannot get the pivot shoe to "lock" in pla ... (cont.)

Hello experts,There are no names, numbers or markings on any of the parts, as I can see. The window sash weighs 20 lbs. It's a single coil apparently, half-inch wide. Thanks in advance for your help.-Zhaolai

Looking for a possible replacement Coil Balance for the one shown. Dimensions are approx. 1.25" X 9/16" "4" is imprinted in each coil. I have several of these exact same windows in my home, with several broken pivot shoes. Is there a way to identify the part I need so I can order replacements for all of the other windows in my home? One of the metal locking cams is missing preventing lower sash from staying up when raised. The vinyl portion of the assembly with the spring balance is in tact with only the metal locking cam missing on one side. Need only the metal locking cam.

I am looking for the piece with the round end, where the window pain sits in. Is it available or do I need to buy a new balance. This is on the left side of a single hung tilt out window.

Coil is 1/2 inch wide and has an "8" stamped near the tongue. Tongue appears less pointed. Which replacement would you recommend?

Hello I'm looking for some replacement parts for upper sash on MI 1650 windows. I believe the 15-180 coil shoe is a match but not sure I see a fit for the T-head pivot bar. Anything can suggest? Thanks! Brian

I need to replace this window balance. I can't find a manufacturers mark anywhere on the window. It is a large floor to ceiling window.
