15-180 Coil Balance Shoe

Hello, I supplied a picture of a double coil window balance with sash pivot. The sash pivot fell out because the casing cracked and is broken. Looking for a replacement part can you help?

I am trying to figure out which spring to buy but there is not a balance number on the spring. This is a single hung vinyl window installed around 1998.

I need the replacement spring for the pictured item. Is it possible to get replacement tabs for the same window?

I need two replacement coil balances. There are not marking on the broken balances. The window itself weights 19.5 lbs. It is a Capital 3500 Series Vinyl Window. The photos show the broken units with a ruler, operational units, and the tilt bar at the bottom of the window.

Can you tell what balance I need?

I don't have a picture of the part uninstalled because, long story, it was thrown away. The picture I uploaded is the one that's in place on the right hand side of the window. One side of my window's sash support coil has broken. I believe this is the Series 190 Coil Balance but which one of those I have no idea how to figure that out. haha If I can get the right part I'm sure I can fix our window but I'm not sure which part and would love to get help. This is for a no name brand, builder grade window. Measures 4 1/4" long X 1 1/4" wide X 1/2" high. You can see the plastic part is what is broken. Can you tell me what part number to order?

The window is called Wickes. It is a lift-pull window. The holder or the spring set of the lower piece window is broken.

I need to replace these in most of my windows. Left and right. Many thanks. Simon

Was going to order a S140-12 (or 13).. but wanted to make sure it was appropriate.. I saw your comments on board to please check with your team to make sure its right.. Current one is 4 inches long. 1.25 inches wide and a bit bigger than .5 inches deep
