I need to order two of these balancers.

Pictured is the part that I pulled out of my window frame. I believe it should be one piece, but was broken. On one side of the metal coil it reads 640 and on the other side it reads 540. I need both left and right for a number of windows. Thank you, Matt

Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). Window dimension (glass portion) is 26 3/8 inches X 25 7/8 inches. Also, can you please confirm that the below ... (cont.)

Was wondering if you had the correct parts to replace these entire constant force coil balancers. I would need at least 40 complete sets. Or if you can help with just identifying a manufacturer, and were I could possibly find them. The numbers on the spring say "832"

When opening my window, it doesn't stay up. However it slams closed. Looking for something to hold it open.

Coil springs, windows installed 1978, part is 9/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide Only numbers are on the metal spring itself say 832 Thickness of cam is 1/8" Need both left and right

One window is missing all coil balance spriing parts on both sides except the metal pieces that protrude from bottom of window. I am looking to replace this part X 6 windows. I need to know which parts I need to make 12 complete units. Also, im not sure which weight to purchase for the coil as I cannot tell if it is a 6 or 9 on the side of the coil. Is there a way to hold the coil to be able to read the stamp on the side ... Hi There -- We have 9 MI 380 double hung windows and none of them will stay shut at the top. I think the issue is the "balancer", and I contacted MI, but they sent me your way. Do you know what the part I need is? Also, we have one swing window that we need a new handle for (see attached photo). ... (cont.)

This is the first time I have done a coil balance. I'm not sure about the correct replacement part if you could help with that. I also need to purchase the coil for it. I'm not sure which to get. Thanks for the help

Each coil had the number 5 or 6 on them there were 2 coils in the plastic container but it looks like there was a third coil underneath it.
