Hello, I have an 18 year old, custom built home, with windows that are not identified with a manufacturer name or number. Two of my south facing windows won't stay up. This part broke. Picture with window open is where it fits. Need to know what matches for replacement please? And do I need to replace just the pivot shoe, or is it best to replace the entire coil balance assembly?

Coil measured 1/2" wide. Window is around 28" tall if that helps at all
