Hello. The coil balance in one of my bathroom windows broke today. I'm unsure if you have the parts I need so I've sent a few photos which may help. No marking found. Was unable to get window out

The window is vinyl double pain and measures 45 inches wide and 30 inches high. The window weighs 42.2 pounds. It has a number 7 stamped on each of the coil springs. I Need two window balances since the current ones do not hold up the window.

The bottom of the coil balance shoe on my Mi 1500 Series double hung window has split. The window was installed in 2013. There is an "8" on the back side of the cover. Can you identify a replacement?

The windows are approximately 59" x 36" double paned builder-grade vinyl windows. There are two windows not staying up.
