There's no markings on the window. Original window from construction built in 1999.ThanksEric

Window would not stay open. Found the coil on the balance had snapped. Window is approximately 31x26.5.

There are no letters or numbers on these parts can you help me thank you

Hello, can you help identify this coil spring? The one in the pictures is from the left side of the window. The right side is completely missing the spring. There are no labels/markings.

2inches long 1-1/4 inches wide 1/2 inch thick. Need a replacement.

The window stop is broken on one window so the window won't stay up. It appears that metal tension strip is missing (other pic pointing at it in another window for comparison). I'm wanting to order what parts I need for a 31 3/4" sash. I think thats the spring length, 22.2 lb sash. I would like enough parts for 3 identical sashes / windows. I need to replace the top and middle balance parts and coils.

Hi, I was looking for a new tilt window shoe replacement and the spring attachment as well. The shoe is a single coil and has a depth of 9/16". The window is double hung and the shoe and spring need to be replaced. Is there a replacement product you could recommend?

I can't find any numbers on the part I have removed. It looks like the spring snapped. Some is on the lower part in the window and some is on the piece I took out. This happened on both sides of the window. Can you help? Thank you so much, Terri

I have a vinyl window aproximately 33 1/2 inches across 35 inches high? That won't stay up? I've sent photos of the top and bottom right and left hardware? Wanted to find out what I would need to replace this hardware thanks? Rod
