This broke causing my window to fall down this week. Attached are the pictures I took today. Is that common for both shoes to break in almost the exact same way at the exact same time? I'm looking for 2 sets of replacement brackets as shown in the photo. That are for early 2000 certainteed windows. When the window lock is released the top sash comes crashing down. I believe it's due to these brackets being broken/damaged. Thank you in advance.

The later picture is the broken slide on a window that tilts in at the top. The earlier picture is from a window that isn't broken. I couldn't find any manufacturer. The house was built in 2005. Thank you.

Broken part

I'm sending a photo of the broken window and another window that is not broken. Is it the coil housing that is broken? I'm not sure what that is called. But, it is broken on both sides, so I need. 2 of them.

I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert
