Certainteed Window Part

The later picture is the broken slide on a window that tilts in at the top. The earlier picture is from a window that isn't broken. I couldn't find any manufacturer. The house was built in 2005. Thank you.

Single hung window, bottom panel swings in for cleaning, these are the plastic parts that keep the window up , i broke it by mistake, now I'm trying to identify what it is so i can replace it

Broken part

I'm sending a photo of the broken window and another window that is not broken. Is it the coil housing that is broken? I'm not sure what that is called. But, it is broken on both sides, so I need. 2 of them.

I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert

I have 2 windows that won't stay up. I think the coil mechanism is broken. I have no idea which parts and sizes that I need to fix it. I need 6 Pairs of replacement sash coil spring Assemblies. What part number should I order? Our Ryland home was built in 2005.

My constant force springs do not have ID marks on them. They weigh 1.4oz (40grams) each. Pictures are attached. Can you help me with the correct spring to purchase? Thank you! Jeff

Hi, I need two right side balancers and 4 of the sash parts that fit into the balancer - not sure of the name. Vinyl, single hung, no identification markings noticeable. Do you have these?Thanks in advance.Rob

Hello, I found a broken coil balance in one of my MI 3500 windows (circa 2000). There are no markings on the coil balance - any idea what replacement part I should order?

I installed the 3 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, SINGLE Product Code: S140-3 for a bathroom window and am pleased with your delivery and overall results. Broken parts double hung Series 350 SH H-R25-47x73Im guessing these are MI windows, are they? In the house that was purchased in 2008. We need replacement parts for two double hung windows as all four of these parts (are they called balance shoes?) are broken.ThanksJim
