Hello, the coil has "740" stamped on the coil just below the screw. I need 2 of them. Can you help me? Regards, Dan

I was hoping to be able to get a few six or seven of those bottom pieces that the lock fits in and how to go about putting them in.

This is for a customer, so I don't have photos of the internals. If necessary, I can get photos. These are windows in a home that is about 10 years old.

Has the letter A marked on the white plastic. One spring has a 6 and one spring has a 7.

I am looking to have someone install and/or get the parts to fix a few windows that I have. Hi There,I have 5 pics of same window. The initial problem was that window was heavy to lift up and would not stay open on its own. I'm looking for 2 sets of replacement brackets as shown in the photo. That are for early 2000 certainteed windows. When the window lock is released the top sash comes crashing down. I believe it's due to these brackets being broken/damaged. Thank you in advance.
