Hey there. This looks like an older version of our 15-180. Go over the dimensions to confirm it matches what you need. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Window slides down and does not stay open. We watched your how to video, but we don't know what item to purchase to fix this. Thanks for your assistance.

We have several bad unfamiliar balancers on a home. Can you help identify the part please? I would like to change the whole balancer (including the "block" with the two screws) if it is cost effective.

Sash strap broke on right side

When I uploaded the pictures they turned. I don't know the name of the window. I can't find any markings. It's about 2" tall and about 1" wide. It's white in color and plastic. Thank you.

I have multiple guillotine tilt upper windows that do not stay in the up position and slam down. The spring mechanism looks good but as you can see in the picture, the plastic part has broken on each window I have inspected. What part # is it that I would need to order? Thanks
