Hi guys, I'm in the midst of purchasing some of your coil parts which I see from the pictures that will do... but the only part I didn't see is the very top that protects the coil could you help me out with that

This is a metal spring from a single hung insulated window, need 2, each side.

I AM TRYING TO FIGURE out which coil to get, there are no numbers stamped anywhere, its a double hung double pane glass overall dimension 38x69", not sure which weight i need to get

need 2 sets of a left and right harness. the only number i see is an 8. Which is on the coil spring. I al ready purchased 4 of those.

Hi Swisco I have 2 problems, broken tilt latch and coil balance. 1- Tilt latch dimension: Length 2 10/16 to 2 11/16 inches, width 11/16 to 12/16 inch, depth 7/16"inch. I need replacement coil balances for a vinyl single hung window. It has an 8 marked on the coil. It is 1/2" wide. When extended all the way it is around 29" from the top screw that holds the coil in place to the bottom of the window sash. Can you let me know the correct replacement. ... (cont.)

This is the counter balance to one side of the window. I was told it is for a MI window . Possibly wc350 or wc355 series. Thank you Cori

I have a window sash that has broken return springs. They aren't many markings on them, but might be M & W? What are the part numbers for the replacement parts? Where can I buy them?

Not sure what I need to order. The springs are stamped with the numeral 5. The housing that holds the cam broke. The left side which is broken has two coils and the right side has only one coil. Do I need to replace both sides in pairs?Thank you,Joe

First pic is the bottom which the window fits in and the second it the one attached to the jamb.the window has a LENOX sticker on it.it is not a coil spring but a flat steel spring

The part that I'm missing is called the coil balance shoe, I believe. It's the round part that fits in the bottom of the long rectangular piece and keeps the window open. The existing piece is broken and the window will not stay open.
