Hello. Can you please help me identify the proper replacement coil balance springs for my windows? They measure 1/2 inch wide and are Bronze in color. There are two springs per window, one on each side. The windows weigh approximately 22 pounds and are approximately 38 inches tall by 30 inches wide. ... (cont.)

window balance is broken on left side of kitchen window that is about 35 - 36 high.would like to buy new hardware for both sides.-Greg

The window is a Simonton Series 8500 H-R20 48x78 H-35 36x64 on the label. I will need 2 coil springs, 2 balance bushings, and 4 screws(to attach coil springs (they are rusty)

I see 440 on the metal. If you are opening the window, it's on the left side. In August of 2013, you replaced the right side. You sent it to Graboyes window and door, and I picked it up from them. The later picture is the broken slide on a window that tilts in at the top. The earlier picture is from a window that isn't broken. I couldn't find any manufacturer. The house was built in 2005. Thank you.

Broken part

I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert

Hello, I'm looking for (2) different parts. The First part is a replacement for a broken window sash lock, size is 2-1/4" from center screw to center screw and 1/2" from center screw to edge. The second part is a left side balancer, 1-1/4" wide. Thanks!
