The later picture is the broken slide on a window that tilts in at the top. The earlier picture is from a window that isn't broken. I couldn't find any manufacturer. The house was built in 2005. Thank you.

Broken part

I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert

I have 2 windows that won't stay up. I think the coil mechanism is broken. I have no idea which parts and sizes that I need to fix it. Hello, I'm looking for (2) different parts. The First part is a replacement for a broken window sash lock, size is 2-1/4" from center screw to center screw and 1/2" from center screw to edge. The second part is a left side balancer, 1-1/4" wide. Thanks!
