15-182 Balance Bushing

Looks like I have to replace the pivot shoe, and reattach to the coil assembly? Would you please recommend the correct parts for this and necessary tools? I'm guessing I also need to remove the coil assembly to reattach the shoe, correct?

It is hard to see but on the 'a' picture on the right it has a '5' in there. I weighed the window and it is about 19#. There are two coils on each side so it looks like each side takes like 10#. The coils are .5 inches wide and 1 inch diameter. The whole thing when not broken to pieces is about ... (cont.)

I have a mi window model 1650 and the pivot lock cracked now my window wont close. there is a serial number 26541842.2

Was going to order a S140-12 (or 13).. but wanted to make sure it was appropriate.. I saw your comments on board to please check with your team to make sure its right.. Current one is 4 inches long. 1.25 inches wide and a bit bigger than .5 inches deep

The window is vinyl double pain and measures 45 inches wide and 30 inches high. The window weighs 42.2 pounds. It has a number 7 stamped on each of the coil springs. I Need two window balances since the current ones do not hold up the window.

The windows are approximately 59" x 36" double paned builder-grade vinyl windows. There are two windows not staying up. Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). Window dimension (glass portion) is 26 3/8 inches X 25 7/8 inches. Also, can you please confirm that the below ... (cont.)

One window is missing all coil balance spriing parts on both sides except the metal pieces that protrude from bottom of window.
