Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. When I tried to get these replacement parts for my windows, the home depot said they needed to know what brand my windows are. The only indication of this is a number, G-X7166, which I assume is the serial number. Can you identify these parts and/or the brand of window based on that serial number? ... (cont.)

I went to open the window this morning and it would only go up a couple of inches. lifting out the window I could see that the coil had snapped. the measurement on rear and front is 4 1/4". The screws holes are 1 1/4 " on center.

Hello. Can you please help me identify the proper replacement coil balance springs for my windows? They measure 1/2 inch wide and are Bronze in color. window balance is broken on left side of kitchen window that is about 35 - 36 high.would like to buy new hardware for both sides.-Greg

The window is a Simonton Series 8500 H-R20 48x78 H-35 36x64 on the label. I will need 2 coil springs, 2 balance bushings, and 4 screws(to attach coil springs (they are rusty)
