15-182 Balance Bushing

The window is vinyl double pain and measures 45 inches wide and 30 inches high. The window weighs 42.2 pounds. It has a number 7 stamped on each of the coil springs. I Need two window balances since the current ones do not hold up the window.

Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). One window is missing all coil balance spriing parts on both sides except the metal pieces that protrude from bottom of window. I took this out of my window. There is the number "4" printed on the side of each metal strip. I am not sure if I can simply buy a full replacement or I need to buy several of the individual pieces. Thanks for your HELP!!
