I don't see a stamp on it, there is the number 4 on one of the coils.

I am trying to fine this part WIDE 1.5 THICK 1\4

I would like to identify the correct replacement parts to repair the attached broken parts.

There's no markings on the window. Original window from construction built in 1999.ThanksEric

Hello, can you help identify this coil spring? The one in the pictures is from the left side of the window. The right side is completely missing the spring. There are no labels/markings.

I'm wanting to order what parts I need for a 31 3/4" sash. I think thats the spring length, 22.2 lb sash. I would like enough parts for 3 identical sashes / windows. Only marking is a stamped 9 on coil.

Obviously, the coil spring is broken. I guess I could have included the broken off piece of the spring coil in one of the images. Let me know if you need that.

My window weight is 20lb, and I am looking for counter balance part shown in picture . Can you please suggest some part number? There is no model or manufacture number shown on window frame.

I have a certainteed double hung window that need Slide spring assemblies

Looks like I have to replace the pivot shoe, and reattach to the coil assembly? Would you please recommend the correct parts for this and necessary tools? I'm guessing I also need to remove the coil assembly to reattach the shoe, correct?

It is hard to see but on the 'a' picture on the right it has a '5' in there. I weighed the window and it is about 19#. There are two coils on each side so it looks like each side takes like 10#. The coils are .5 inches wide and 1 inch diameter. The whole thing when not broken to pieces is about ... (cont.)

I have a mi window model 1650 and the pivot lock cracked now my window wont close. there is a serial number 26541842.2

Was going to order a S140-12 (or 13).. but wanted to make sure it was appropriate.. I saw your comments on board to please check with your team to make sure its right.. Current one is 4 inches long. 1.25 inches wide and a bit bigger than .5 inches deep
