Hello, I recently replaced balances for two windows. I have two more that need replacements but the numbers look different. They measure 28 1/2 tip to bottom and the plastic piece is 1" wide. The stamp looks like it is 27905 with a 34 after. The windows are also missing the plastic "caps" that push ... (cont.)

Looks like part S350, S351, S380, S385, or S395. What is the difference between these balances? Also, I need the left and right, and both caps.

My 20 year old house has its original Kinco windows, manufactured in Jacksonville, Florida. I've had several top sash guides replaced; now I have a broken part at the lower corner of the sash. i have double hung windows that are 3 years old and several of these plastic cams have broken i want to purchase at lest 10 so ill have spares but want to make sure ill get something that fits.

Single hung window, just ordered part # 18-166 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco, for this window at your suggestion and it was a perfect fit. Thanks. Now the spring tension rods on the sides which help to lift the sash have broken,help!

As you can see this part is broken causing it not to connect with the spring loaded part. Can you help me with this? is there a replacement part.Its like this on both sides Thanks
