I need to order parts for this window. DO you know the style balance I should look for?

In addition to the dimension in my drawing the guide has a 7/8" width top and oblong holes for screws.

I purchased 16pcs of 23" Series 351 Channel Balance, S351-23. Now I need to purchase 16pcs of the correct sash guide. Please recommend the proper sash guide. The Channel Balance, S351-23 fit perfectly, but now they won't stay since most sash guide are broken.

Good afternoon. my balances appear to have gone bad, and the also busted one of the little plastic stops off of the top of the window frame near where the top of the balance would make contact.
