Located on top corner of sash operator appears to be a350 or351 this piece supports sash . Tops break off and operator extends all the way up I do not have installed photos

Hi, I have a few windows with the balance slided out. Is it something that can be fixed by replacing the balance or something else. I don't see any physical damages on the balance itself.

On my windows I have attached balance 29 6. Please find attached picture. Also it appears that my Sash CAM (caps) are also busted and need replacement. Can you please recommend right product to purchase?

Most of my windows have at least one of these broken. The balances are 1/2" by 30". I'm going to need maybe 20 of these. Might as well replace them all if they are broken/breaking.
