The window balancer is broken and I looking for a replacement. The model of the balancer is very old and not sure what can replace it. The window is a double hung tilt window.

Hi I'm trying to identify what balance I need for my windows. I think I need the 775 series but I am not sure because your product shows that it gets screwed into the window frame while the current balance I have sits in the frame like a hook and loop. Thanks in advance

problems getting window to stay in, I think the shoe is different. I will attach pictures maybe you can help me. the new one broke trying to get it in and you can still see the old one.

Gentlemen;We haave Bonneville double-hung windows and some of the sash support systems are starting to fail. It seems the shoe breaks or won't stay connected to the sash for some reason. Hi, Can you suggest a replacement type of window balance? The window was manufactured by American Weather-Seal. It is a steel channel type with a hook at the top and a plastic shoe at the bottom.
