I recently received a set of S775 balances. Although I thought I had all the measurements right, when I attempted to install I realized that there was like a guide channel inside the window channel. Hello! I have a few stuck windows. I have already ordered a replacement balance (that seems to match up to the ones I have) but seems I also need the shoe. Please help me identify the parts I need to fix my windows. these are 30 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. If you can identify replacements I need 11 pairs.

We used to get the 30" series 860 Arrow balances from you (S860-30) and I can't seem to find them on your website? Is there a replacement that I can order that will work?

These are the original single hung windows installed when the house was build in 1999. I am the original owner. I have 13 windows and only 2 windows stay up. Don't see any brand names on the window. There is 3001 imprinted on the window channel that I have included in photos. Windows were installed in the 2001 when the house was built. Having problems sliding them up and down.
