I'm virtually certain that I have one of your patio doors possibly made in 2000. In the door jam the label indicates that it is a Newcastle XT / New Haven. I need a door lock the entire assembly please for a New Castle XT / Insulate 960

The door handle will not move, and lock the double mortise locks. The problem appears to be in the lock device I need the correct mortise lock to replace

The distance is 3 15/16. The key hole needs to be in the center of the 3 15/16. They key hole is centered between the install holes. Look at the broken one I sent you on the handle there is one hole.
