This door locks from the inside when the handle is pushed toward the door. It has a milgard brand I can't find any that look like it on the internet I hope you can identify it.

Nami door, code HII-3-37. 04-m. I can lock from inside but the key just keeps on turning on the outside,so I can't lock with keyThe center hole is 4 7/8

This is a double mortise lock that activates two other locks on the slider. Is the 82-268B the correct lock? And should I get a new strike plate as well. It is 6 5/8 x 1 7/16 x 1/2. The holes that go into the door is 7 3/4.Thank you

Hello, At first I was confident it was the Product Code: 82-081 as there is a lock on the outside handle. but the screw hole anchors seem to be closer to 6 inches than the 4 15/16 Please advise

Hello, The door handle itself is fine but the little gear that connects to the golden part in which the key enters is broken. Any help identifying this part would be helpful. The lock says made in new zeal and and the letters II.
