HelloWe need the wall plate that matches the door handle, do you by any chance know what this may be, do I need to take any measurements.If we cannot find a math do I need to buy a new handle and matching plate?Thank you! Alison

The handle was broken and we couldn't find the part anywhere. But the part that broken said something swiss and the holes for the screws are 4" apart. please help identify the part that i need to get. Thank you.

Broken slider door handle

I bought 82-081 : Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16" for my previous slider with key lock from Swisco and installed it and apparently my "mortise lock" is the problem.
