I need to find a replacement inside handle in black, and the double hook mortise locking mechanism. Or if there are not parts that fit, then a full replacement. The locking mechanism has something broken.

I have numbered the items and described the parts. Basically, my sliding door lock freezes in the up position (pic 1D). I do not see a lost part, I have pulled this mechanism apart as much as I can looking for a broken part inside the lock mechanism (pic 1E). Help!

The only thing is has on the lockset is made in new Zealand.and patent pending

Greetings, I recently ordered, received and installed the Double Hook Mortise Lock. It installed easily and works as expected while the door is open. When I close the door and try to lock it, the hooks do not engage. I can't tell if the center button is no being pressed far enough, or is somehow ... (cont.)

I believe I'm in need of a new keeper for this double hook mortise lock. There is a pin on the lock, between the 2 hooks, that must be depressed in order for the handle to throw. Is it possible the keeper had a bump out that depressed that pin? Or is the lock in need of replacement? ... (cont.)

Need the piece that the door locks to. New castle XT/insulate 960

The tip broke off the mishandling device and now won't engage when the door is shut preventing me from locking the door. I can manually push it in and the top latch will engage but not the bottom. This is on a SGD-R30-120x82 door. What replacement hardware do I need? Thanks Brad
