II marking. Made in New Zealand with Pat. Pending. No there's names or markings.

I need a new 12 ft track for the screen doors. Old one warped and cracked. I am also looking to replace locking mechanism for the door which is experiencing problems with lever.

I am looking for replacement this patio sliding door lock. Can you help ? Thank you

Is it possible to purchase a replacement spring for my sliding glass door manual lock (Vanguard)or must I purchase a new lock assembly?

The internal gears have broken on this part and I can't find a replacement anywhere. Would you have what I need? Thank you in advance... Sandy

Hello, See attached pictures. The latch will not stay locked to the plate. If I hold the lock handle down the latch stays. If I do not hold the lock handle, the door opens. I believe I need a new dual latch. The sticker states information about the door. Regards, Jim

Your online submission page failed 4x. The lockset only has "Made In New Zealand" stamped. No part numbers. There is only a handle outside, no ability to unlock. The inside handle has what appears to be "CH" in a symbol. The mortised body has an "II" symbol (they are upper case ii which my ke ... (cont.)
