The handle would not open the window and it just came out. Do I order a handle or the roto operator? This is a Truth Awning Casement window in a 1960's Condo building. Thank you.

Dont know manufacture of windows. Vinyl clad. about 12 years old. Looking for replacement parts for crank mechanisms. Plastics sliders if replaceable. need about 50 units. Windows are in a salt air environment.

my window appears to have a 39-312 operator but i do not know how to detach the arms from the window

I need the operator for this window as it is stripped. Has an electric motor attached. At remote location, so will need to return for look if more information is needed. color is brownish

Hi looking for this part, I think that it is the item 39-312 from your site. Windows were put in 1997 ish. Looking to see if there is a supplier in Canada.

We need to replace the entire crank mechanism for our camper window.

I am in need of the replacement shoe studs only for the arms of a window crank, like the ones shown on product 39-312. Can these be purchased separately?

Awning operator not working

The silver crank case is about 7-3/4" wide and the arms are about 12" long

Hi I have a window in the bedroom as shows in attached picture. The operator crank failed to close. I removed the operator but as it shows in the picture the end parts broken.How should I replace a new operator if I find one? how should I remove the remaining end parts from bottom of window?Do you h ... I was looking at the Swisco product code 39-312 but I also need the slide shoe that goes in the tract as one of them is missing. I could not tell from the picture if this slider shoe is included. If not can a part # for this be identified

Need help identifying crank operator for casement window. I believe it is Milgard, but home was built in 2001, nothing on their website matches.

Hello, This appears to be the correct operator that I am looking for. However, the only operator track I see is 13 7/8" long. The track I have is 27 3/4". Is it possible that two of the 13 7/8" would have been used in my application? I didn't pay attention to see if this was the case when I ins ... (cont.)

I have two built in "pop-out" windows with crank operators. The one crank failed recently when it was closed (see damage in IMG_3975), the the center portion of the mechanism having come out.
