Hi looking for this part, I think that it is the item 39-312 from your site. Windows were put in 1997 ish. Looking to see if there is a supplier in Canada.

We need to replace the entire crank mechanism for our camper window.

I am in need of the replacement shoe studs only for the arms of a window crank, like the ones shown on product 39-312. Can these be purchased separately?

Awning operator not working

The silver crank case is about 7-3/4" wide and the arms are about 12" long

Hi I have a window in the bedroom as shows in attached picture. The operator crank failed to close. I was looking at the Swisco product code 39-312 but I also need the slide shoe that goes in the tract as one of them is missing. I could not tell from the picture if this slider shoe is included. If not can a part # for this be identified

Need help identifying crank operator for casement window. I believe it is Milgard, but home was built in 2001, nothing on their website matches.

Hello, This appears to be the correct operator that I am looking for. However, the only operator track I see is 13 7/8" long. The track I have is 27 3/4". I have two built in "pop-out" windows with crank operators. The one crank failed recently when it was closed (see damage in IMG_3975), the the center portion of the mechanism having come out.
