Need to replace

The crank is busted but I think I need the entire part. There are no brand names or markings on the window to identify the brand or manufacturer. The window is in a residential loft. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm Replacing a truth operator for an awning style window it matches up very closely with part 39-013, but I need the black plastic shoe from the style the opener 39-312 added to it. I have a window where the bolt that holds the crank in has come lose. I have started the nut back into the crank shaft. It seems like I need a special tool to tighten the nut so it is flush with the crank handle. Can any one advise the window make, model, or what tool would be needed. ... (cont.)

HI, IN the window operator shown in the picture attached, the bushing is worn out so I think I will have to replace the window operator because that bushing will be too hard to locate. Is this operator commercial? The one I have is very heavy duty and I had thought it was 22 series but I am probably wrong. I believe I have a 39-312 operator, but I need it in white. I need 14 but I wanted to purchase 1 now and make sure these are the ones I need. My house is 15 years old. It has two small awning windows that appear to never have had controllers installed. The locking mechanism is stamped "Truth". Windows measure 23 inches by 17 inches by 3 inches. Attached are photos.
