Hello: I live in a 60 year old ranch house with casement windows. I can't find any brand markings or parts numbers on the windows or mechanism. I am attaching some photos. Do you recognize them? Need new crank operators and arms for several. Thanks.

Metal window crank 2 arm. Just need some direction on what part this would be that I am replacing and if you stock the replacement part for it. Thanks, Eric

Is this operator commercial? The one I have is very heavy duty and I had thought it was 22 series but I am probably wrong. Also the one I have has a 1" stem on the handle Not sure it matters the pivot shoe is different from your #39-312, #39-512 and #39-114L . please see the attached photos ... (cont.)

I believe I have a 39-312 operator, but I need it in white. I need 14 but I wanted to purchase 1 now and make sure these are the ones I need. My house is 15 years old. It has two small awning windows that appear to never have had controllers installed. The locking mechanism is stamped "Truth". Windows measure 23 inches by 17 inches by 3 inches. Attached are photos.
