Its roughly 20 inches from hole to hole on the arms. The crank is trash. The screw broke

Looking for replacement

I need to replace this operator that I believe is a Truth series 22 pivot shoe operator. It has the numbers 2135397 stamped on the inside of the body. Can you help with sourcing a few of these please?

A tenant reported that the windows stopped opening. When inspecting the mechanism the crank only partly connects with the teeth so the easiest will be to replace it. It turns a few times but they window won't open. The problem is, the window can't be opened. We already had 2 different handyman look ... (cont.)

I broke the two plastic parts that connect the arm to the window. It's an awning style truth window. Can I just get the broken plastic bits or do I need to purchase the whole assembly? Since I broke them trying to detach them from the metal arm I'm wondering if they can be reattached easily. Thanks! ... (cont.)
